One thing I dislike about analyzing books or reading book analyses is that, you never know if the author had intended to have such underlying themes or we are reading too much into it, finding meaning to connect the dots in our own minds and giving the author too much credit for what might not have been.
But you’ll never know.
I guess after reading the last part a second time, more things make sense.
The only question I have now is, what happened to the pearl, the one that represented Peeta?
Did it get lost somewhere in the war, disappeared with the mockingjay outfit, or exploded with the bombings.
A quick google search tells me I’m not the only one with this question and the pearl ended up lost somewhere...
Mockingjay
Heart is heavy. Reading such a content packed novel isn’t a good idea when I’m tired and sleepy like that but I needed closure, one I had been seeking since the first book.
So many questions are in my mind now but probably no one can answer it, with certainty. I guess it’s up to our own interpretation but what if I have nothing to fill in the blanks with.

If you can’t already tell by the theme of the posts today, I have decided that I want to visit the UAE one day, maybe soon.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi (no surprises where I got the inspiration for this from), the architecture of the buildings, the landscape, the history, the lack of knowledge about the area, maybe, are the things drawing me there.

Something about that album makes me feel uneasy.
The same feeling I got when I found out almost all my classmates are applying to universities all over the world. The harsh reality that pretty soon I won’t be able to see all of them again because they’re all gone, somewhere around the globe.
